Downer EDI appoints directors

Downer EDI Ltd has appointed Michael Harding and Annabelle Chaplain as non-executive directors from July 1, 2008.

Mr Harding is chairman of Clough Ltd and of the Army Project Governance Board of the Department of Defence, a non executive director of Santos Ltd and was a non executive director of ARC Energy Ltd.

Ms Chaplain is chairman of the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority and of Honeycombes Property Group Pty Ltd and non-executive director of Cannex (Aust) Pty Ltd, George Street Finance Pty Ltd, and the Australian Youth Orchestra.
