A Sydney car park has been withdrawn from sale. Mariner Financial received an offer of $A100 million for the Sydney Opera House car park in early 2007. It offered the asset for sale in October 2007, hoping to get a price of $A120 million. On 7 May 2008, it confirmed that the car park would be retained by one of its funds. Challenger Diversified Property Group has assumed management of the Domain car park in Sydney and will improve it. Two other car parks are being marketed by Colliers International
