ExxonMobil and BP have appointed new Australian operations bossess, as they relocate the incumbent chiefs offshore, according to The Australian.
Exxon has made chemical engineer Richard Owen, who has been with the oil major 30 years and heads up its Indonesian arm, Australia chairman, effective June 15.
He will replace John Dashwood, who will relocate to Houston to oversee Exxon's gas and power marketing business
Andy Holmes, a chemical engineer who has been with BP for 28 years, will become the group's president of Australasia on July 1, replacing Paul Waterman.
Mr Waterman is moving to London to become BP's head of global lubricants.
